I am a little surprised to see absolutely no mention of these government programs on this site that has been talked about for years albeit usually in the "conspiracy" circles. There are other people that have come forward and much more detailed information is available on this. One of the intriguing information is regarding the alleged technique they have used to achieve mind control. They would intentionally subject people to intense trauma to induce multiple-personality disorder which they can then control through the use of symbols or some "trigger". Other hints of possible mind control through electronic devices or high tech equipment.




I just also came across this interview of Kay Griggs who is a wife of a former Chief of Staffs who also mentions mind control that gives a little more credibility to all this.

I am curious how people feel about this. I do realize that some of this falls into "conspiracy theories", but the existence of these government programs is not challenged either. Since the programs are real I feel it is appropriate for some legitimate discussions.

I'm sure there's a lot of interesting stuff in those declassified papers... its a pity the subject seems to be dominated by fringe people, and that there is a bit of a deafening silence on it from the mainstream media.

Speaking of conspiracy theories though, how's this:

Werner Erhard invested money in remote viewing experiments run by the Stanford Research Institute... and the CIA initiated that research. So - maybe behind the scenes they were involved in other joint ventures and est / Landmark is a large scale indoctrination and conditioning experiment... :lol: ....

Seriously, I think the emphasis is on the extreme and bizarre things like 77 day acid trips and whitehouse sex slaves, but the research on mind control - second generation programs - shows that a subtle approach works best - so surely the MK ULTRA people must've known that too, and looked into it?

Senate Investigations of the History of US Mind Control

A national uproar was created by various articles in 1974, which prompted the Senate investigation. But after all these years, the news that two inmates at Vacaville may have died from these same experiments indicates that though a nation was shocked in 1974, little was done to end the experimentations. In 1977, a Senate subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research, chaired by Senator Ted Kennedy, focussed on the CIA's testing of LSD on unwitting citizens. Only a mere handful of people within the CIA knew about the scope and details of the program.

To understand the full scope of the problem, it is important to study its origins. The Kennedy subcommittee learned about the CIA Operation MK.-Ultra through the testimony of Dr. Sidney Gottlieb. The purpose of the program, according to his testimony, was to "investigate whether and how it was possible to modify an individual's behavior by covert means".

Claiming the protection of the National Security Act, Dr. Gottlieb was unwilling to tell the Senate subcommittee what had been learned or gained by these experiments.

He did state, however, that the program was initially engendered by a concern that the Soviets and other enemies of the United States would get ahead of the U.S. in this field. (Note: the Soviets had been at this since 1917 - they ahd by then, already developed what can only be described as 'psychic remote attacks', changing the heart rate of a target to instill a heart attack)

MK-ULTRA Past and Present

(From testimony and files obtained under Freedom Of Information Act)

Through the Freedom of Information Act, researchers are now able to obtain documents detailing the M.K.-Ultra program and other CIA behavior modification projects in a special reading room located on the bottom floor of the Hyatt Regency in Rosslyn, VA.

The most daring phase of the M.K.-Ultra program involved slipping unwitting American citizens LSD in real life situations. The idea for the series of experiments originated in November 1941, when William Donovan, founder and director of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the forerunner of the CIA during World War Two. At that time the intelligence agency invested $5000 for the "truth drug" program. Experiments with scopolamine and morphine proved both unfruitful and very dangerous. The program tested scores of other drugs, including mescaline, barbituates, benzedrine, cannabis indica, to name a few.

The U.S. was highly concerned over the heavy losses of freighters and other ships in the North Atlantic, all victims of German U-boats. Information about German U-boat strategy was desperately needed and it was believed that the information could be obtained through drug-influenced interrogations of German naval P.O.W.s, in violation of the Geneva Accords. ([my] Remark: this in particular relates to the Philadelphia Experiment)

Tetrahydrocannabinol acetate, a colorless, odorless marijuana extract, was used to lace a cigarette or food substance without detection. Initially, the experiments were done on volunteer U.S. Army and OSS personnel, and testing was also disguised as a remedy for shell shock. The volunteers became known as "Donovan's Dreamers". The experiments were so hush-hush, that only a few top officials knew about them. President Franklin Roosevelt was aware of the experiments. The "truth drug" achieved mixed success.

The experiments were halted when a memo was written: "The drug defies all but the most expert and search analysis, and for all practical purposes can be considered beyond analysis." The OSS did not, however, halt the program. In 1943 field tests of the extract were being conducted, despite the order to halt them. The most celebrated test was conducted by Captain George Hunter White, an OSS agent and ex-law enforcement official, on August Del Grazio, aka Augie Dallas, aka Dell, aka Little Augie, a New York gangster.

Cigarettes laced with the acetate were offered to Augie without his knowledge of the content. Augie, who had served time in prison for assault and murder, had been one of the world's most notorious drug dealers and smugglers. He operated an opium alkaloid factory in Turkey and he was a leader in the Italian underworld on the Lower East Side of New York. Under the influence of the drug,

Augie revealed volumes of information about the underworld operations, including the names of high ranking officials who took bribes from the mob. These experiments led to the encouragement of Donovan. A new memo was issued: "Cigarette experiments indicated that we had a mechanism which offered promise in relaxing prisoners to be interrogated."

When the OSS was disbanded after the war, Captain White continued to administer behavior modifying drugs. In 1947, the CIA replaced the OSS. White's service record indicates that he worked with the OSS, and by 1954 he was a high ranking Federal Narcotics Bureau officer who had been loaned to the CIA on a part-time basis.

YIKES! This forum is dissolving into conspiracy theory loons is it? What's next? "Fire cannot melt steel! 9-11 was an inside job!" Please spare us.

The fear of secret mind control, psychic control, CIA, Illuminati, et al is a little unbelievable and impossible. What next? The Masons run the Skull and Bones society...the "Jews" run Hollywood and the banking industry...Crystal skulls are really magical...Atlantis was real?

It seems the internet has created feedback loops and an echo-chamber where wild conspiracy theories blend in with factoids and in some cases unstable personalities.
For example, there are countless cases of people with serious mental illnesses who literally believe there are "cults" controlling their minds, and all the rest of it.

So its important to seperate out the facts of actual cultish organizations, from wild conspiracy theories and paranoia and worse.
A good place to start is with reasoned thinking, and this website SkepDic has entries on most of these subjects.

Brice Taylor is a valiant survivor of trauma-based mind control. Having endured a lifetime of high-tech slavery, she's written an extraordinary book, an autobiography which documents in stunning detail her abuse at the hands of celebrity perps like Bob Hope, Henry Kissinger, and many others.

"What most of you have not been allowed to know is that years ago, at the outset of the Cold War, permission was given to a hidden group of so-called 'professionals and leaders' to experiment on the unsuspecting American populace in an effort to further a variety of advanced technology," writes Taylor in Thanks for the Memories.

"The technology gleaned by the American leaders, medical professionals and scientists was and still is in the form of bio-electromagnetic frequency medicine, genetic engineering, mind control, brain research, near-death experimentation, paranormal/psychic experimentation, remote viewing, time and space travel and other advanced research that make our everyday human understanding look antiquated."

Brice Taylor has suffered from man-made artificially-induced Multiple Personality Disorder, also called Dissociative Identity Disorder. This trauma-based conditioning technique can produce many discrete "personalities" inside a single person. These personalities'can then be programmed like a computer to perform specific tasks, as either sex slave-prostitutes, couriers, or 'mind-files," accessible only to the person who knows the special "codes" that will access the 'program."
Many years of therapy, healing and reconstruction of her own life's memories -- obscured by ritual abuse and mind control programming -- have allowed Brice Taylor to tell her horrific life story.

"What you read [in this book] is a glimpse into the events as experienced through the eyes of the programmed personalities who endured this abuse," she writes in the introduction. "Much of the followng information has been copied, often verbatim, from my private journals. Over the years, daily, I painstakingly documented my memories, in an attempt to deal with and sort out the often vivid, though confusing, memory flashbacks I had. What I remembered was so far from the reality I thought I had lived, that it was deeply disturbing."

And how did she write the book? Her memoirs are a 'composite of years of memory work describing the details and information as [she] worked to untangle the knot. " Having been programmed to have a perfect photographic memory greatly aided me toward this enhanced, often meticulously detailed account," she continues.

"The training my controllers gave me backfired on them," writes Taylor. "Once my secret life began leaking into my conscious mind, I experienced so many intrusive flashbacks not only in my mind but also in my body, that it forced me to recall these experiences in extensive detail to the point that it disrupted my everyday functioning... so much so that I was forced to leave my master's degree program in graduate school and enroll in daily therapy."
"In an attempt to understand and contain all the information that came flooding back into my mind, I was compelled for years to write out each and every memory the way I saw it in my mind's eye, and heard, smelled and felt it in my body, so I could attempt to maintain some semblance of my own personal reality."

High Tech Slavery

Taylor's book is the story of the creation of a human robot, a story that is so mind- boggling and outrageous that it's almost too horrific for words.
As a little girl, Brice Taylor (a pseudonym) was subjected to ongoing traumas including multiple and continual rapes by her father, who also used her for child prostitution and child pornography.
"For years my father performed a variety of brutal ritual type physical and psychological abuses," she writes, "among them confinement in closets, cages and coffins, while I was being told I was left to die; near drowning; isolation; needles inserted in sensitive body areas, food and sleep deprivation; electroshock via electric wires, welding equipment and cattle prods; drugging; sophisticated hypnotic and electronic programming..."

She was also forced to participate in torturous rituals and orgies. Then she was "sold" in a slave auction.

"Elitists in the market for mind control slaves attend auctions that appear at first like children's fashion shows and then progress to striptease acts, "she writes. 'I made appearances at many shows before I was actually 'sponsored' or sold."

Her "owner"? World famous celebrity perp Bob Hope himself, according to Taylor.

She later discovered that her other "sponsor" whom she learned to call "Uncle Charlie" was Charles L. Horn, owner of the Federal Cartridge Company, which later funded Olin Foundation, where he sat as President.

Charlie physically introduced her to Henry Kissinger who continued her mind control programming in preparation for her later use as his "mind file," programmed with a photographic memory to act as a human personal computer with classified and other government files accessible to Kissinger only.

Taylor endured more intensive programming based on Wizard of Oz, Disneyland, and "The Parent Trap" twin-sister themes, as well as NASA-based advanced mind control techniques.

Besides being prostituted to the power elite, she was also taught to perform for them. She even recited a "mind control" standup comedy routine for these high- level perverts, her jokes written by Bob Hope himself.


It is crap like this that is accepted as "truth" by many people. It is very sad and makes me curse the public school system for not drumming common sense into the little "putty heads" of the children. They grow up to believe the unbelievable.

Why are these same conspiracy people NOT disbelieving EVOLUTION or the BIG BANG? Much simpler theories are out there (Creation "Science", to name one).

Clearly, it is people like "Brice Taylor" that need to be tied down in a rubber room. People that give her any credence should share a room with her.

I would hope that Bob Hope's family will sue the be-Jesus out of "Brice Taylor" for this nonsense. Fakers do NOT help the cause of truly damaged people that visit this site. The Anticult and myself could sit down over a few beers and come up with a much more "shocking" book than this...

Government sponsored mind control is real. It deserves more than indifference, it is only dominated by so-called fringe groups if that is the only research you are willing to do. It goes very deep.
