Derek Cockran, the self styled 'Danesh' who by his own admission no longer believes in God, means give me your money and can we go to bed and he has no money to pay any staff he hires until the business is 'off the ground', even though he states his facility was completed seven years ago and he pays his bills making medallions and marketing them. He claims he studied under a Jain monk, (who's name he does not reveal) yet he consumes alcohol by day. He does not say he is a Jain, he says 'do what you feel'. This is a terribly cagey, repackaged business man who claims he once played soccer for Manchester United as well as ran a bar and restaurant prior to his following a monastic. He appears to need financial investment, which his advertisement for an employee does not state and he could be hiding debt issues. He also has no discernable philosopy whatsoever.
